The 5-day educational program organized by the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve "monuments of ancient Taraz" under the committee of culture of the Ministry of Culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan has come to an end. On the last day of this program, an employee of the Museum of restoration of exhibits Bauyrzhan Tazan shared with the Children information about what methods should be used to restore exhibits, as well as what work is carried out to preserve artifacts, how to replenish the museum's funds.
Within the framework of the circle, students were presented with valuable and unique artifacts found during excavations in the open-air Archaeological Park "ancient Taraz". The museum staff introduced the value and meaning of the exhibits presented to the children. Students, who got acquainted with the history of the museum's exhibits, later drew a picture of the artifact they wanted. At the end of the circle, students were awarded with letters of thanks and gifts were distributed. The students thanked the staff who organized the educational program, showed their great interest during the circle and expressed their impressions with admiration.
The main goal of the educational program is to involve the younger generation in the field of history, archeology, culture, to gain a deep knowledge of the history and culture of our country, and to influence them in the future to become specialists in the study of the history of the country.
 
The state historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve "monuments of ancient Taraz" under the committee of culture of the Ministry of Culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan launched a 5-day educational program "Young Archaeologist of the region" for students of the city school-gymnasium No. 39 named after I. Panfilov in the Archaeological Park "ancient Taraz", which was a place of spiritual values. Within the framework of the educational event, gulmaral Ushkempirovna, an employee of the museum, told the students about the history of the ancient city of Taraz, one of the largest cultural centers with more than two thousand years of history, which was the memory of ancient times, the center of great spirituality.
From 2011 to 2017, the museum guide Fariza Nurkozhaevna showed students the medieval city site found during excavations in the open-air Archaeological Park "ancient Taraz", conducted an excursion and a tour of the history of the town. Within the framework of the Circle, Quest games were played for students, students felt like archaeologists, found the exhibits hidden by the museum staff, and there was no limit to their joy.
The circle teaches students to appreciate and respect the past, cultural values of the country, improving their knowledge. The main goal is to involve the younger generation in the field of history, archeology, culture, to gain a deep knowledge of the history and culture of our country, and to influence them in the future to become specialists in the study of the history of the country.
On June 1, in honor of the International Children's day, employees of the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve "ancient Taraz monuments" under the committee of culture of the Ministry of Culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan took part in an event organized by the Office of the Akim of Kostanay rural district of Baizak district. As part of the event, employees organized a mobile exhibition.
The exhibition, consisting of archaeological exhibits, presented the exhibits of the museum, including utensils used in everyday life, pottery from the IX-XIII centuries, bronze, ceramic candlesticks, etc. Having seen the artifacts, the guests were able to get meaningful answers to their questions from the staff of the museum-reserve. In addition, at the end of the event, the museum staff wished children with disabilities a bright future and good health and coordinated small gifts on behalf of the enterprise.
Minister of Culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askhat Oralov paid an official visit to Zhambyl region. Within the framework of the visit, the minister began by visiting the open-air Archaeological Park "ancient Taraz", which witnessed the 2000-year-old city of Taraz, which belongs to the state historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve "monuments of ancient Taraz" under the committee of Culture and sports of the Ministry of Culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In the period from 2011 to 2017, an exhibition of valuable and unique exhibits of the museum, found during archaeological excavations, dating back centuries, was organized here, and the museum guide Bakdaulet Tazhibayev conducted a tour. In particular, he explained the dates of pottery and metal products found in the cultural layer belonging to each period, the technique of manufacture and the purpose of use.
In addition, during the tour, the history of the ancient city of Taraz, which has a history of more than two thousand years, continues between the past and the present, the city of Eternity, the center of great spirituality, carved out of the world civilization, was told. The minister showed his special interest, asked many questions and was able to get answers.
Minister Askhat Oralov visited the second object of the state historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve "monuments of ancient Taraz" under the committee of Culture and sports of the Ministry of Culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan-the Karakhan mausoleum. Aknur Sagitzhan, the museum guide, introduced the history of the sacred and architectural monument, which is located in the very center of Taraz, which is full of history, as well as various legends and stories related to the mausoleum.
The minister got acquainted with the historical values of the ancient city, during the tour he asked many questions about the architectural monument of the XI century and showed his interest.
Minister Askhat Oralov visited the akyrtas palace complex in Zhambyl district, which is included in the list of world cultural heritage of the international UNESCO under the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve "monuments of ancient Taraz" under the committee of culture of the Ministry of Culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This historical and cultural object was presented by the museum guide Fariza Zhumagulova.
Since akyrtas is a mysterious structure, the minister showed great enthusiasm. After all, to this day it remains a mystery for what purpose Akyrtas began to be built. Scientists have studied Akyrtas for more than 130 years. The guests asked a lot of questions and expressed their interest.
Minister of Culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askhat Oralov visited the 4th object of the state historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve "monuments of ancient Taraz", the mausoleum of Aisha Bibi, which dates back to the XI century, located 18 km from the city of Taraz. This historical and cultural object was presented by the museum guide Madina Mananbayevna. In addition, during the tour, a sixteen – sided domed monument erected near the mausoleum of Aisha Bibi, one of the unique historical treasures of the country-the mausoleum of Babaja Khatun, was also touched upon the history.
Minister Askhat Oralov expressed gratitude to the staff of the state historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve "monuments of ancient Taraz", which is a constant support of the spirituality of the nation, a constant iron base, and promotes the legacy of the ancestor that can still be.
The Tourism Department of the Akimat of Zhambyl region conducted courses "Zhambyl region – regional guide" and "Taraz city guide". A total of 38 applicants from different regions of the region applied for two courses, 30 of them were selected and successfully completed the 10-day course.
This course was attended by employees of the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve "Monuments of Ancient Taraz", who successfully completed the course and were awarded certificates.
