In order to popularize the history of the ancient town of Taraz, employees of the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve "monuments of ancient Taraz" under the committee of culture of the Ministry of Culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan gave an educational lecture to students of the College of professional education "ALEM" on the topic "Tarikhin Taraz". During the lecture, students were introduced to the history of 30 historical and cultural monuments of national significance, legends and stories related to mausoleums belonging to the museum-reserve. Also, the students were shown through the slide exhibits found as a result of archaeological excavations, including: gold jewelry, pottery and metal, glass, bone products and coins. The students expressed their enthusiasm, asked a lot of questions and received appropriate answers.
