The Republican State Institution 'State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve «Monuments of Ancient Taraz»' was reorganized into the Republican State Treasury Enterprise 'State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve «Monuments of Ancient Taraz»' of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 585 dated July 24, 2015.
The activities of the enterprise are financed in accordance with the development plan from budget funds (90% is subsidized from the republican budget) and own income (10%) received in the manner determined by the budget legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In order to ensure transparency of financial activities, the museum-reserve administration publishes monthly data on the receipt and expenditure of funds received from charitable donations:
In November 2024, 317,398 tenge was received into the charitable and sponsorship account of the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve 'Monuments of Ancient Taraz'. From this amount was allocated for:
bank services – 1,400 tenge,
state duty – 3,176 tenge,
maintenance work – 3,354,450.60 tenge
The total expenditures for November amounted to 3,359,026.60 tenge.
That is, 3,041,628.60 tenge was spent from the amount remaining from previous months.
