Compliance officer - a responsible person performing the functions of the anti-corruption compliance service, the purpose of which is to ensure compliance of this organization and its employees with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on combating corruption.

The main purpose of the compliance officer is to ensure compliance of the Enterprise and its employees with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on combating corruption, as well as to monitor the implementation of anti-corruption measures.

The complaens officer carries out his activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan (the Constitution adopted at the republican referendum of August 30, 1995), the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on Combating Corruption" (kr No. 410-V dated November 18, 2015), the concept of the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2022-2026 (decree of the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 802 dated February 2, 2022), Standard regulation on anti-corruption compliance activities in quasi-public sector entities (order of the chairman of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 31, 2023 No. 112), in accordance with other current regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of combating corruption and internal regulatory documents of the enterprise.
