A Meeting Was Held with Museum Staff
A meeting was held with the participation of staff of the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve "Monuments of Ancient Taraz" to organize work with applications from individuals in the "E-otinish" information system.
Museum lawyer Yerzhan Slanov explained to the staff the basic principles of receiving and registering applications through the new "E-otinish" information system.
The features of the information system were carefully studied with museum staff. The main requirements of this system are to simplify as much as possible the procedure for citizens to apply to state bodies and to improve control over their consideration.
For the effective implementation of the "Listening State" concept, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev connected all state bodies to the new "E-otinish" information system.
This, in turn, allows digitizing all workflow processes for applications, automatically tracking distribution routes of applications, reducing the timeframe for reviewing applications by optimizing the number of requests between state bodies, and informing the applicant about all stages and timeframes of application review.
