Chinese Citizens Attended a Lecture

Yesterday, the museum-reserve "Monuments of Ancient Taraz" organized an interesting international-level lecture. The lesson on "Silk Road: Medieval Cities of Kazakhstan on the Chang'an — Tien Shan Corridor Route Network" was conducted for teachers and students of Tongren Polytechnic College (PRC).

The history and legends of the Aktobe (Balasagun), Kulan, Ornek, Kostobe settlements and "Akyrtas" complex were presented. They also spoke about Taraz and the Aisha-Bibi mausoleum, as well as the legend and mausoleum of Karakhan.

At the end of the online lesson by guide Nazira Bakhytkyzy, the Chinese teachers and students expressed warm feedback and gratitude.
