Members of the scientific expedition In the Footsteps of Yassawi arrived in Zhambyl region on a working trip
Members of the scientific expedition "In the Footsteps of Yasawi" from the "Azret-Sultan" State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve, led by N. Akhmetzhanov, arrived on a special working visit to Zhambyl region.
The expedition members, starting their working day at the Aisha-Bibi mausoleum, held a meeting jointly with the staff of the local State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve "Monuments of Ancient Taraz" at the Akyrtas palace complex, located 60 kilometers from Taraz city.

Director of the "Azret-Sultan" Museum-Reserve N. Akhmetzhanov spoke about the goals of the visit to Zhambyl region and provided detailed information about the ongoing work. Director of the "Monuments of Ancient Taraz" Museum-Reserve N. Bykybayev expressed strong support for the expedition visit and called on meeting participants to increase efforts to strengthen inter-institutional ties.
The guests from Turkestan also visited the "Ancient Taraz" settlement and the Karakhan mausoleum in Taraz, viewed valuable ancient artifacts, and familiarized themselves with historical data.
