A Round Table on the Topic "Clean Kazakhstan – Harmony of History and Nature: Protection of Historical Sites and Tourism Development in Zhambyl Region" Was Held

The State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve «Monuments of Ancient Taraz» organized a round table on the topic «Clean Kazakhstan — the Harmony of History and Nature: Protection of Historical Sites and Development of Tourism in the Zhambyl Region». The event was opened and moderated by the Deputy Akim of Zhambyl Region Serik Zhaksylykuly Salemov. Representatives of central and local government agencies, public figures, youth organizations, and students took part in the event. The meeting broadly discussed issues of preserving historical and cultural heritage, developing ecotourism, and protecting historical sites. Director of the museum-reserve Nurzhan Mergenbayuly stated: «The heritage of our ancestors is the spiritual code of the nation. Protecting and preserving it is a shared responsibility for all of us.
