The Book "Historical Taraz" Was Presented as a Gift

The first volume of the book "Historical Taraz," written based on archaeological excavations in Taraz in 2014-2017, was presented to the team of the museum-reserve "Monuments of Ancient Taraz." The valuable work was gifted by the research group led by Zhuman Smailov, director of "Kazarchaeology" LLP.

The book comprehensively researches and scientifically describes the architecture of the Karakhanid era. It also presents new information about the Karakhan, Aisha-Bibi, Babaji-Khatun, and Dauitbek mausoleums, dating to the 10th-12th centuries.
