The next episode of the "Cultural Gems" program on the National Channel "Qazaqstan" and the Republican TV channel "Abai TV" was dedicated to the fund activities of the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve "Monuments of Ancient Taraz." During the interview, museum-reserve employee Tasybayeva Bagym shared comprehensive information about historical and cultural artifacts found as a result of archaeological excavations at the Taraz settlement in 2011-2017. Archaeological research confirmed that our ancient city of Taraz was one of the major cultural centers two thousand years ago. The ancient city was undoubtedly an advanced example of medieval urban culture on the caravan routes of the Great Silk Road.
