Republican conference
The State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve "Monuments of Ancient Taraz" is holding a republican scientific-practical online conference on the topic "Museum as a Platform for Spiritual Education" on November 24, 2020, within the framework of the Address of President of the RK K.Zh. Tokayev "Constructive Public Dialogue — the Basis of Stability and Prosperity of Kazakhstan".

- 1. Development of museum pedagogy: current issues and solutions.
- 2. Museum as an educational space: innovative forms of working with visitors.
- 3. The role of volunteers in preserving and promoting historical and cultural heritage.
- 4. The importance of club activities in museum pedagogy: working with children as the foundation of museum pedagogy.
Form of participation:
- Participation in the online conference as a listener;
- Participation in the online conference as a speaker (in video conference mode);
Working languages of the conference: Kazakh, Russian.
Requirements for conference participation:
To participate, fill in the application form and send it to tarzapmuz@mail.ru. Reports and articles in Kazakh and Russian, as well as electronic materials, must be submitted together with the application by November 20, 2020.
By November 15, 2020, the applicant will receive notification about the status of their application. If the report is approved, the participant will receive the conference program and connection link.

Article formatting requirements
Published materials are accepted in electronic form. Volume — no more than 10 pages including references; print and electronic versions — in MS Word text editor, RTF, DOC format, font — Times New Roman, size 14, line spacing — 1.15 pt.
Margins: top — 2 cm, right — 1.5 cm, left and bottom — 2.5 cm. Footer — 1.8 cm. Paragraph indent — 1 cm.
Line 1 — author full name, right-aligned, semi-bold.
Line 2 — author address, right-aligned, regular font.
Line 3 — author e-mail, right-aligned, semi-bold.
Line 4 — report topic in capital letters, bold, centered.
Sample material formatting
Literature references in the text are given in parentheses with surname, year of publication, and pages. For example: (Dzhasybaev-Tolegenov, 1966, p. 15). The bibliography is arranged alphabetically at the end of the text.
Illustrations must be submitted electronically in jpeg or tiff format, 300 dpi. Captions for illustrations and photos are formatted as a separate Word file.
The organizing committee reserves the right to select and edit reports. Materials not formatted according to requirements will not be reviewed.
