Exhibition "Museum – Abode of Historical Values"

In honor of May 18 — International Museum Day, the Zhambyl Regional Historical and Local History Museum together with the State Historical-Cultural Museum-Reserve "Monuments of Ancient Taraz" held an exhibition on the theme "Museum — an Abode of Historical Values." As part of the event, an exhibition of valuable and unique artifacts telling the story of the Taraz region was organized, and an open day was declared at all sites.
Museum guides introduced guests to the history of valuable and unique artifacts that have reached us from the depths of centuries, the unique history of the cultural heritage and historical monuments of the institution, as well as various legends and stories associated with the mausoleums.
The purpose of the open day is not only to promote artifacts from the museum's collections, but also to provide cultural and spiritual recreation for city residents and guests, attract more visitors to the museum, and promote among the younger generation the centuries-old history inherited from ancestors, fostering love for the culture and traditions of the native land. Through these artifacts, the younger generation learns about the life, daily activities, and traditions of our ancestors throughout the centuries.
