The Museum Collection Was Enriched with Valuable Exhibits

Today, the collection of the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve “Monuments of Ancient Taraz” was enriched with valuable artifacts.

The artifacts include a 14th-century silver dinar, 13th-century copper coins, and a copper cauldron.

The valuable items were donated by Taraz resident Iskanderov Rafael. They were found near the Akkum settlement in the Bayzak district. In the future, scientific research on the coins will be conducted jointly with numismatist P.N. Petrov.

Expressing great gratitude to citizens who perform such good deeds, a Letter of Appreciation was presented on behalf of the museum-reserve.
