"Cultural Monuments Reveal the Secrets of History"

Staff of the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve "Monuments of Ancient Taraz" under the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan delivered an educational lecture on the topic "Cultural Monuments Tell the Story of History" at the Centralized Public Library System of Taraz city. During the lecture, students were provided with information in video format about 30 sites under the museum-reserve. In addition, historical artifacts found as a result of archaeological excavations were presented to the students. This testifies that our ancient city of Taraz was one of the major cultural centers two thousand years ago.

At the end of the event, library director U. Saulebayeva expressed gratitude to the museum-reserve staff for promoting historical and cultural heritage among the younger generation, presented the team with a "Letter of Gratitude," and wished them new achievements!
