"Silk Road Heritage Corridors in Central Asia – International Aspects of the European Year of Cultural Heritage"

Within the framework of the EU/UNESCO project "Silk Roads Heritage Corridors in

Central Asia – International Aspects of the European Year

of Cultural Heritage," a training on capacity building for

restoration in museums and at World Heritage sites in Kazakhstan

was held in Almaty from April 22 to 26, 2024.

The purpose of this training was to improve the qualifications and opportunities

for young professionals. The event

took place at the scientific-restoration

laboratory "Ostrov Krym." Artist-restorer of the enterprise Bauyrzhan Asylanbekuly Tazan participated in this training.
