Undoubtedly, the initiatives to restore the economy after the crisis, increase the efficiency of the state apparatus, strengthen the country's defense capability, improve the social security system, optimally utilize income from natural resources, create a competitive environment in the economy, address territorial development issues, and introduce new budget planning mechanisms are optimal solutions aimed at stabilizing the situation in the country.
