An Excursion Was Conducted at "Karakhan" Mausoleum

An excursion was conducted for the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan Raimkulova Aktoty Rakhmetollakyzу at the "Karakhan" mausoleum, built in honor of one of the prominent figures of the Karakhanid dynasty — Shah Mahmud Karakhan, belonging to the State Museum-Reserve "Monuments of Ancient Taraz." During the excursion, the history of the mausoleum's construction and legends that have come down from the depths of centuries were narrated. The history of the city of Taraz was also presented in detail, and valuable artifacts discovered as a result of archaeological excavations were shown.
