A Festive Event "Amal Has Come – The Year Has Come!" Was Organized

March 14 is the Korisu (Meeting) holiday. On Korisu Day, people rejoice at safely surviving the winter and exchange handshakes. Amal is considered the departure of the old year, and Nauryz - the arrival of the new. The Amal holiday is founded on faith and virtue, leading to respect and compassion, unity and modesty, peace and brotherhood.

In this regard, the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve "Monuments of Ancient Taraz" under the Committee of Culture of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan organized a festive event "Amal Has Come - The Year Has Come!"

To revive the Amal celebration - one of the special traditions that strengthen brotherhood - and to promote cultural heritage and develop tourism in our country, staff of the Tourism Department of the Zhambyl Regional Akimat, who are partners in this endeavor, participated in the event.
