October 1 – "Elderly People's Day"

Our elders, who place the interests of the nation above all else, instill their greatness in the generations that follow, and know how to be the head of a community, hold a special place. Every nation has qualities that have been formed since ancient times, unique to it alone, distinguishing it from others. One such characteristic of our people is respect for elders and listening to their words. A Kazakh elder, befitting their age, has blessed lips, bountiful words, thorough deeds, deep thoughts, and wisdom vast as an ocean. On this occasion, on behalf of the staff of the Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve "Monuments of Ancient Taraz" of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, we sincerely congratulate you on "Elderly People's Day" on October 1!
