A working visit to the Shymkent city museum "In memory of victims of political repressions" took place today. The purpose of the visit was: exchange of experience in the field of general museum activities, issues of popularization of historical and cultural heritage, methods of work to attract visitors, work with educational institutions and many others. etc. During the visit, our colleagues got acquainted with the objects of historical and cultural heritage under the jurisdiction of the Republican Reserve-Museum: the mausoleums "Aisha-Bibi", "Babaji-Khatun", "Karakhan", the archaeological park "Kune Taraz", ethno-cultural complex "Tekturmas". The guests were impressed by the pearls of medieval architecture, legends and stories about them, which they heard during the interesting excursion.
