Students of " Nazarbayev University " Atika Ajar and Auyez Aruzhan are conducting scientific ethnographic research on the study of women's pilgrimage at the sacred sites of the reserve-museum "Monuments of ancient Taraz"within the framework of the master's project. Researchers conduct sociological and ethnographic observations at historical and cultural sites-the mausoleums of Karakhan and Aisha Bibi, hold consultations with the scientific staff of the reserve-museum "Monuments of аncient Taraz". This practical work will allow students to explore the sacred and historical heritage of the region, as well as modern pilgrimage routes of Southern Kazakhstan.
