In order to popularize the historical and cultural heritage of the region, the staff of the State historical and cultural museum-reserve "Yezhelgi Taraz eskertkishteri" organized a mobile archaeological exhibition "Keleshektin tutkasy-bilimdi urpakta" in the historical museum of the Bayzak district of Zhambyl region.

The event began with a greeting from the head of the "Department of Culture and Language Development" of the Akimat of the Bayzak district Syzdykov S.

Secondary school pupils of the Bayzak district in the ethnographic department of the museum were introduced to the collection of legends "Kieli Aulieata zherinin anyzdary ". The employee of the museum-reserve L. Tlepaldieva very colorfully told about the legends and folk legends about historical figures that have come down to us from the depths of centuries and historical and cultural objects preserved on the territory of the Zhambyl region.Then the guide Tasybayeva B. acquainted the students with the history of unique exhibits found as a result of archaeological excavations of the ancient settlement of Taraz in 2011-2017.

It should be noted that another important part of the event was the introduction of students to the history of their native land and its past, the exchange of experience between museums, increasing public interest in sacred objects, the merging of cultural and educational functions of the museum-reserve.
