Today employees of "Monuments of ancient Taraz" went to the place of discovery of a treasure of silver dirhams by a resident of the city of Taraz R. Iskanderov in the Bayzak region. He pointed out exactly where he was lucky enough to find unique coins. This is the vicinity of the medieval settlement of Baryskhan, near which there are fields of landowners. Let us emphasize that such a treasure of coins - namely, samanid dirhams, according to the conclusion of the famous scientist-numismatist P. Petrov, dating from the 10th century, was found for the first time on the territory of our region!
