Today, the staff of the museum-reserve held a mobile archaeological exhibition "Kone zhadigerler syry" at the Zhambyl regional special correctional boarding school "Meirim" for deaf and hard of hearing children. The State historical and cultural museum-reserve "Yezhelgi Taraz eskertkishteri" and "Meirim" are connected by fruitful long-term work within the framework of the Memorandum.
The museum exhibition was provided by the boarding school teachers with high-quality sign language translation to tell young researchers about the most interesting historical artifacts. The exhibition presented historical artifacts of the middle ages, found during the excavations of the ancient settlement of Taraz. It is known that the city of Taraz is one of the oldest cities in Kazakhstan, with a rich and interesting history connecting the past and the present.
In turn, the teaching staff of the boarding school "Meirim" thanked the staff of the museum-reserve for the active popularization of historical and cultural heritage among the younger generation.
