As part of the action of the museum-reserve "Uly Dala eli Tauelsizdiktin 30 negizi", dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, teachers of the «Nur-Alim «gymnasium school were invited to a tour of the archaeological and architectural complex "Akyrtas" - one of the most mysterious monuments of International significance, included in the UNESCO World Heritage list. During the tour, the museum staff told them an interesting story of studying Akyrtas, a whole complex where three caravanserais, a water supply system, a place for a garden and park area, and the remains of a signal tower were discovered. The tour was fascinating, the teachers received a lot of impressions and expressed a desire to visit the other objects of the museum-reserve. After getting acquainted with the complex, they were given a tour of the traveling exhibition of the «Botai»museum-reserve, during which they learned about the Botai settlement, the uniqueness and significance of which lies in the fact that it was there that a horse was domesticated for the first time in the world.
